What trajectories lead to transitions, and under what conditions do they contribute to a more sustainable world? Since the 2000s, transition studies have been seeking to shed light on this issue of decision-making and transformation.
ATTER members Claire Lamine and Terry Marsden explore this question by comparing food system models in France and the UK from the 1950s to the present day.
